NIK Presiden Mudah Diakses, Kemendagri Minta Perbaikan Pada Aplikasi PeduliLindungi

JAKARTA, AKSIKATA.COM – NIK milik Jokowi diketahui dapat diakses dengan mudah, lantaran tercantum dalam situs KPU saat dirinya mengurus kepentingan administrasi dalam Pemilihan Presiden (Pilpres).

Menanggapi viralnya aksi tersebut, Direktur Jenderal Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil, Zudan Arif Fakhrullah meminta masyarakat untuk tidak melakukan hal tersebut. Lantaran kerahasiaan data pribadi tiap warga negara merupakan hal yang penting.

“Ini jelas bukan kebocoran NIK, namun menggunakan data milik orang lain guna mendapatkan data informasi orang lain. tentu ada sanksi pidana untuk hal-hal seperti ini,” terang Zudan dalam keterangan tertulisnya, Jumat (3/9), dikutip era.id.

Zudan lantas menerangkan, sanksi untuk masyarakat yang menggunakan data pribadi milik orang lain tercantum dalam Pasal 95 UU Administrasi Kependudukan dengan hukuman penjara 2 tahun dan atau denda maksimal Rp25 juta. Kemudian ada pasal 95A UU yang menjerat para pelaku yang menyebarkan data kependudukan.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Zudan pun menyarankan perbaikan pada aplikasi PeduliLindungi.

“Saran saya agar PeduliLindungi dilakukan perbaikan dengan two factors authentication. Tidak hanya NIK saja, tapi juga dengan biometrik atau tanda tangan digital,” pungkasnya.

Sebagai informasi, salah satu akun Twitter mengunggah sebuah sertifikat vaksin yang menunjukkan kebocoran NIK dari Presiden Jokowi. Diketahui NIK Jokowi dapat diakses lantaran tercantum dalam situs KPU.
