LAMPUNG, AKSIKATA.COM – Polda Lampung menetapkan komika Aulia Rakhman sebagai tersangka dalam kasus penistaan agama.
Hal itu dibenarkan Kabid Humas Polda Lampung, Kombes. Pol. Umi Fadilah Astutik, Minggu (10/12/23).
“Penyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum (Ditreskrimum) Polda Lampung telah menetapkan komika berinisial AR (33) sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan penistaan agama,” ungkapnya.
Aulia diduga telah menghina Nabi Muhammad SAW, ketika membawakan materi stand up comedy dalam acara “Desak Anies Baswedan”, beberapa waktu lalu di Kafe Bento, Kecamatan Sukarame, Kota Bandarlampung. Materi yang dianggap penodaan agama itu adalah menjadikan nama Muhammad sebagai bahan candaan tidak pantas.
Kombes Umi berujar bahwa penetapan Aulia sebagai tersangka setelah polisi melakukan gelar perkara, berdasarkan dua alat bukti dan pemeriksaan terhadap tujuh orang saksi serta lima orang ahli ahli.
“Dari hasil pemeriksaan yang bersangkutan, polisi menghadirkan tujuh orang saksi dan lima orang ahli dan dinyatakan komika berinisial AR itu diduga telah melakukan penistaan agama,” jelasnya.
Atas perbuatan tersebut Aulia dikenakan Pasal 156 huruf a KUHP tentang penodaan agama subsider Pasal 156 KUHP tentang ujaran kebencian terhadap suatu golongan dengan ancaman penjara selama 5 tahun.
Untuk kepentingan penyidikan, Aulia ditahan di di Mapolda Lampung untuk diproses lebih lanjut.
