JAKARTA, AKSIKATA.COM – Seorang pria bernaman Syarif Hidaya (54) di Teluknaga, Tangerang tega memperkosa anak kandungnya sendiri. Tak hanya sekali, tetapi lebih dari seratus kali. Bahkan perbuatan bejat tersebut dilakukan sejak putrinya yang berinisial NF, sejak berusia 9 tahun, dan duduk di bangku kelas 4 Sekolah Dasar (SD) pada tahun 2014.
Kapolsek Teluknaga AKP Zuhri menyatakan, Syarif leluasa melakukan perbuatan itu, lantaran rumah dalam kondisi sepi karena istrinya sibuk bekerja. “Perbuatan bejat pelaku dilakukan di rumahnya, di Desa Tanjung Pasir, Kecamatan Teluknaga, saat istrinya dan anak kandung lainnya sedang aktivitas di luar rumah,” jelas Zuhri.
Saat melancarkan aksinya, Syarif selalu mengnacam NF dengan senjata tajam dan bilang akan menghancurkan keluarga mereka.
Hingga suatu hari, perbuatan sang ayah yang sedang menyetubuhi NF diketahui oleh RZ, kakak korban. Si kaka langsung ngamuk sejadi-jadinya. Dia berteriak menyatakan ayah seorang setan. “Hey, Setan Keluar Lu!”
Si ibu yang mendapat laporan bahwa suaminya menggauli anaknya sendiri langsung jatuh pingsan. Sementara warga geger. Amuk massa nyaris terjadi. Polisi yang mendapatkan informasi itu, langsung bergerak dan menangkap pelaku di rumahnya disaksikana warga sekitar.
Akan halnya nasib korban, dia mengalami trauma berat. Setelah dilakukan visum, diketahui korban menngalami luka di bagian kelamin.
“Bedasarkan hasil visum selaput robek (korban),” kata Kasat Reskrim Polres Metro Tangerang Kota, Kompol Rio Mikael Tobing.
Kepada polisi Syarif mengaku terpaksa melampiaskan nafsu birahinya kepada anak kandungnya sendiri, karena istrinya sibuk bekerja dan selalu menolak melayaninya dengan alasan kelelahan.
Saat ini kasus tersebut sudah dilimpahkan dan ditangani pihak unit Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (PPA) Polres Metro Tangerang Kota.
Atas perbuatannya, pelaku dijerat Pasal 81 dan/atau Pasal 76 E juncto Pasal 82 UU RI No 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Penetapan Perppu UU No 1 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas Undang-Undang No 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak Menjadi Undang-Undang.
