JAKARTA, AKSIKATA.COM – Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri) telah meresmikan seragam baru satuan pengamanan (Satpam) berwarna krem. Polri mengungkapkan pemilihan warna krem tersebut.
“Pemilihan warna krem untuk menyerasikan dengan warna baju dan perlengkapan lainnya (celana, field cap, pet, sepatu, kopel dan tali kur),” kata Karo Penmas Divisi Humas Polri, Brigjen Ahmad Ramadhan, dalam keterangan tertulisnya, Kamis (3/1/2022) seperti dikutip dari website resmi humas polri.
“Proses penentuan warna telah dilakukan pertemuan-pertemuan antara ABUJAPI (Asosiasi Badan Usaha Jasa Pengamanan Indonesia) dan Korbinmas Polri, sehingga terpilih warna krem yang seperti saat ini,” ucapnya.
Ahmad mengatakan, perubahan warna itu berdasarkan pertimbangan ekonomi. Dia menyebut, tidak ingin membebani satpam sehingga celana lama tetap bisa digunakan.
“Penggantian hanya warna kemeja seragam satpam dari cokelat muda menjadi warna krem. Dan warna celana tetap cokelat tua adalah pertimbangan ekonomi sehingga tidak terlalu membebani bagi satpam, BUJP (Badan Usaha Jasa Pengamanan) atau pengguna jasa satpam. Celana yang lama dapat digunakan lagi dalam menjalankan profesinya,” katanya.
Ahmad mengatakan, pergantian itu juga mengurangi kemiripan dengan polisi. Dia menyebut, warna krem seragam satpam masih serumpun dengan warna seragam Polri.
“Selain itu juga untuk mengantisipasi apabila dalam praktiknya nanti terjadi distorsi warna tidak menjadi mirip dengan institusi yang memiliki tugas dan fungsi yang sama,” ujarnya.
“Warna krem adalah warna turunan dari warna cokelat dengan gradasi lebih terang sehingga masih dalam kategori rumpun warna seragam Polri,” tuturnya.
Selain itu, Ahmad menyebut, warna krem seragam menjaga moril satpam. Dia mengatakan, perbedaan warna seragam antara polisi dan satpam adalah untuk memberi rasa bangga bagi profesi satpam.
“Selain itu juga untuk menjaga moril dan psikologis satpam sebagai pengemban fungsi kepolisian terbatas agar tercipta hubungan kerjasama yang harmonis antara pembina dan yang dibina,” ucapnya.
