Menurut Kajati Jabar Asep Nana Mulyana yang bertindak sebagai JPU (jaksa penuntut umum), sang istri terdakwa mengetahui semua tindakan Herry Wirawan.
“Ya mengetahui, termasuk yang melahirkan seorang anak dari para santriwati yang diperkosa Herry Wirawan,” papar Asep.
Asep juga menambahkan istri Herry punya rasa curiga.
“Jadi begini namanya perasaan seorang perempuan curiga ada perasaan yang tidak enak ketika ditanya ke pelaku. Ia menjawab itu urusan saya kamu diam saja, seperti itu,” ujar Asep.
Atas perbuatan bejad suaminya, sang istri mengalami ancaman psikis. Apalagi sang istri sebagai ibu rumah tangga sibuk mengurus anak-anak, lalu ada ancaman psikis. Jadi kenapa kejahatan ini saya sebut serius,” terangnya.
Asep juga menceritakan tindakan asusila Herry Wirawan ke sepupunya sendiri dilakukan saat istri pelaku hamil besar. Sehingga ada dampak psikologis bagi istri tersebut luar biasa.(*)
