Varian Delta (India) di Indonesia Paling Banyak Terdeteksi di Jawa Tengah

JAKARTA,  AKSIKATA.COM  – Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) mengungkapkan, terdapat 160 kasus Covid-19 varian B.1617.2 atau varian Delta di Indonesia yang tersebar di sembilan provinsi per 20 Juni 2021. Varian virus ini ditemukan setelah pemeriksaan whole genome sequencing (WGS).

Berdasarkan data Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kesehatan (Balitbangkes) Kemenkes, varian virus yang ditemukan di India ini paling banyak terdeteksi di Jawa Tengah dengan 80 kasus. Kemudian, 57 kasus Covid-19 varian Delta ditemukan di DKI Jakarta.

“Jawa Timur 10 kasus, Kalimantan Tengah 3 kasus, Kalimantan Timur 3 kasus, Sumatera Selatan 2 kasus, Banten 2 kasus, Jawa Barat 1 kasus, Gorontalo 1 kasus,” dikutip dari data yang diterima, Rabu (23/6).

Selain itu, data Balitbangkes menunjukkan adanya 45 kasus positif Covid-19 varian B.117 atau varian Alpha dari Inggris. Sejumlah kasus itu ditemukan di sepuluh provinsi dan terbanyak terdeteksi di DKI Jakarta, sebanyak 33 kasus Covid-19 varian Alpha.

Berikut sebaran kasus Covid-19 varian Alpha:

  1. DKI Jakarta: 33 kasus
  2. Jawa Barat: 2 kasus
  3. Jawa Timur: 2 kasus
  4. Sumatera Utara: 2 kasus
  5. Riau: 1 kasus
  6. Kepulauan Riau: 1 kasus
  7. Jawa Tengah: 1 kasus
  8. Sumatera Selatan: 1 kasus
  9. Bali: 1 kasus
  10. Kalimantan Selatan: 1 kasus

Selanjutnya, Kemenkes menyampaikan terdapat enam kasus Covid-19 varian B.1351 atau varian Beta asal Afrika Selatan yang ditemukan di tiga provinsi.

Berikut sebaran Covid-19 varian Beta:

  1. DKI Jakarta: 4 kasus
  2. Bali: 1 kasus
  3. Jawa Timur: 1 Kasus
