REMBANG, AKSIKATA.COM – Sumani (44), pelaku pembunuh satu keluarga di Rembang melakukan aksinya dengan sangat kejam. Dalang Anom Subekti tewas bersama 3 anggota keluarganya di tangan pembunuh berdarah dingin ini dengan menggunakan balok kayu. Mereka ditemukan tewas di Padepokan Seni Ongko Joyo, Rembang.
Pengakuan Sumani lewat kuasa hukumnya, tersangka juga melakukan pencurian disela melakukan pembantaian keluarga Anom Subekti.
“Hasil wawancara dengan tersangka, pengakuannya, motifnya adalah ingin menguasai harta benda dengan cara mencuri,” kata kuasa hukum tersangka, Dharmawan Budiharto, Minggu (14/2).
Saat ini kondisi kesehatan tersangka Sumani membaik. Sebelumnya, tersangka sempat dirawat di ruang ICU, namun kini telah dipindah ke ruang paviliun RSUD dr R Soetrasno Rembang, Jawa Tengah.
“Kemarin sore sudah dipindah di ruang paviliun lantai 4. Dijaga ketat personel kepolisian. Sehingga sudah mulai bisa berkomunikasi, meskipun masih belum lancar sempurna,” kata Dharmawan.
Kuasa hukum tersangka ini menyebut, pengakuan tersangka Sumani ini merupakan pengakuan awal.
Dia meminta penyelidikan kasus ini diserahkan ke polisi saja untuk mengungkap motif sebenarnya.
“Jadi ini bukan interogasi, tidak dalam intervensi apapun. Yang bersangkutan murni pengakuan kepada saya. Selanjutnya, adalah ranah pihak kepolisian dalam hal penyidikan,” beber Dharmawan.
Sebelumnya, Kabid Humas Polda Jawa Tengah Kombes Iskandar Fitriana menjelaskan, saat penggeledahan rumah tersangka, ditemukan sejumlah barang berharga milik korban yakni perhiasan emas.
“Barang yang diambil, dan ditemukan itu berupa cincin, kemudian juga gelang, anting-anting, semuanya emas. Ada satu lagi, jarum emas milik korban,” ucap Kombes Iskandar kepada wartawan usai konferensi pers di Mapolres Rembang, Kamis (4/2).
Berita sebelumnya, polisi mengungkap kasus pembunuhan satu keluarga dengan jumlah korban empat orang di Desa Turusgede, Kecamatan Kota, Kabupaten Rembang, Jawa Tengah.
Diduga pembunuhan itu terkait pencurian dengan kekerasan yang diwarnai dendam terhadap korban.
Menurut Kapolda Jateng Irjen Ahmad Luthfi saat gelar perkara di Mapolres Rembang, hasil penyelidikan mengarah kepada pelaku bernama Sumani, 43, warga Desa Pragu, Kecamatan Sulang, Kabupaten Rembang. Dia ditetapkan sebagai tersangka sejak 8 Februari.
”Hingga kini, pelaku belum bisa dimintai keterangan karena pelaku melakukan percobaan bunuh diri dengan cara meminum cairan pestisida. Pelaku masih menjalani perawatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Rembang,” terang Lutfi seperti dilansir dari Antara, Kamis (11/2).
Petugas, lanjut dia, belum bisa meminta keterangan pelaku untuk mengungkap latar belakang tindak pidana, dengan siapa melakukan pembunuhan, dan hasil kejahatannya digunakan untuk apa.
Namun, dalam berkas acara pemeriksaan awal muncul kata-kata seng wes yo wes atau yang sudah ya sudah yang bisa mengarah ke motif dendam.
