BEM Universitas Islam Jakarta Adukan Abu Janda ke Polisi

JAKARTA, AKSIKATA.COM – Dongkol dengan kelakukan Abu Janda yang tak pernah direspon polisi, Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) Fakultas Hukum Universitas Islam Jakarta (BEM FH UIJ) akhirnya bereaksi.

Sebelumnya, sudah ada laporan ke polisi dari Ketum KNPI Haris Pertama soal tindakan meresahkan Permadi Arya alias Abu Janda, mulai dari masalah rasisme kepada Natalius Pigai dan juga ucapannya yang menyinggung umat Islam dengan menyebut ‘Islam Arogan’.

Menurut Ketua BEM FH UIJ, Firman Adinata, Abu Janda selama ini selalu membuat kontoversi yang memecah belah kesatuan masyarakat Indonesia.

“Sedikitnya ada empat laporan di Kepolisian terkait perilaku Abu Janda yang berbau SARA yang sampai saat ini tidak jelas proses perkembangan penyidikannya,” ujar Firman dalam siaran pers yang diterima wartawan, Sabtu (30/1).

Firman menyebutkan satu persatu kasus yang terkait Abu Janda. Yaitu pertama terkait pernyataan ‘Bendera Tauhid Bendera Teroris, Bukan Panji Nabi’ di Polda Metro Jaya (2018).

Kedua, laporan terkait pernyataan ‘Aksi Bela Tauhid Aksi Politik Terselubung’ di Bareskrim Polri (2018).

Kemudian ketiga, pelaporan terkait pernyataan ‘Teroris Punya Agama, Agamanya Islam’ di Bareskrim Polri (2019), dan keempat pelaporaan terkait cuitan ‘Kalimat Rasis ke manan Komisioner Komnas HAM Natalius Pigai’ di Bareskrim Polri (2021).

Serta kelima, cuitan ‘Islam Arogan’ yang dilaporkan ke Bareskrim Polri (2021).

“Sehingga kita semua saat ini wajar bertanya terhadap instansi penegak hukum Kepolisian Republik Indonesia, apakah Permadi Arya alias Abu Janda merupakan masyarakat Indonesia ‘yang kebal hukum’?” ungkap Firman.

Polri menurut Firman tidak boleh tebang pilih dalam melaksanakan penegakan hokum.

Utamanya tindakan SARA yang dilakukan oleh siapapun di negeri ini, karena menyangkut kesatuan masyarakat.

Maka dari itu, BEM FH UIJ mendukung penuh DPP KNPI atas adanya laporan kepolisian terhadap Permadi Arya alias Abu Janda, atas dugaan tindak pidana menyebarkan ujaran kebencian bernada SARA.

“Serta mendesak Kapolri Bapak Jenderal Polisi Drs Listyo Sigit Prabowo, MSi. untuk memberikan atensi dan atau perhatiannya atas Laporan tersebut demi keadilan hukum dan persatuan masyarakat Indonesia,” kata Firman Adinata.
