JAKARTA, AKSIKATA.COM – Akhirnya Polda Metro Jaya menetapkan artis Gisella Anastasia alias Gisel sebagai tersangka kasus video syur.
Kepala Bidang Hubungan Masyarakat Polda Metro Jaya, Komisaris Besar Polisi Yusri Yunus di Markas Polda Metro Jaya, Selasa, 29 Desember 2020 menyebutkan, peningkatan status Gisel yang sebelumnya sebagai saksi menjadi tersangka, setelah polisi melakukan gelar perkara. Gisel pun dijerat dengan UU Pornografi.
“Hasil gelar perkara yang kita lakukan kemarin sore baru selesai. Menaikkan status yang tadinya saksi kepada saudari GA sebagai tersangka,” jelas Yusri kepada wartawan di Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta, Selasa (29/12/2020).
Menurut Yusri, Gisel sudah mengakui bahwa pemeran wanita dalam video berhubungan seks yang berdurasi 19 detik itu adalah dirinya. Hal ini juga dikuatkan oleh ahli forensik dan ahli ITE yang juga dimintai pendapatnya oleh penyidik. “Saudara GA juga sudah mengakui,” jelas Yusri.
Tak hanya Gisel yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, pasangan Gisel dalam video itu juga ditetapkan sebagai tersangka. “Saudara (pemeran pria) MYD ditetapkan jadi tersangka,” kata Yusri.
Sebelumnya, Polda Metro Jaya juga sudah menangkap dua pelaku terkait penyebaran video syur Gisel secara masif di media sosial. Mereka berinisial PP (24) dan MF (22).
