JAKARTA, AKSIKATA.COM – Pihak kepolisian Polda Metro Jaya berhasil menangkap dua pelaku pembunuhan disertai mutilasi di Kalibata City Jakarta Selatan. Kapolda Metro Jaya, Inspektur Jenderal Polisi Nana Sudjana menyebut pelaku membunuh dengan cara memutilasi Rinaldi Harley Wismanu (32) menjadi 11 bagian.
Nana Sudjana melanjutkan, sebelum mayat korban di bawa ke Apartemen kalibata City Aksi mutilasi tersebut dilakukan di salah satu apartemen di kawasan Pasar Baru, Sawah Besar, Jakarta Pusat.
“Sebelum di mutilasi dengan menggunakan gergaji dan golok, korban terlebih dahulu di pukul dengan batu bata sebanyak 3 kali dan dan di tusuk sebanyak 7 kali,” Kata Kapolda Metro Jaya, Inspektur Jenderal Polisi Nana Sudjana, Kamis (17/9/2020) di Polda Metro Jaya.
Pelaku merupakan pasangan kekasih yaitu Laeli Atik Supriyatin alias LAS (27) dan Djumadil Al Fajar alias DAF (26). Tersangka Djumadil merupakan sosok yang berperan sebagai eksekutor pembunuhan sekaligus memutilasi korban.
Laeli sebagai orang yang berperan mengajak korban untuk bertemu di sebuah apartemen di bilangan Pasar Baru, Jakarta Pusat. Laeli berkenalan dengan Rinaldi melalui aplikasi kencan, Tinder. Mereka kemudian berjanji untuk melakukan kencan pada Senin (7/9/2020). Pada Rabu (9/9/2020), keduanya menyewa kamar di apartemen di kawasan Pasar Baru, Jakarta Pusat.
Mereka rencananya hendak menyewa sampai 12 September 2020. Lalu pada tanggal 9 September, Djumadil datang dan bersembunyi di dalam kamar mandi apartemen tempat kekasihnya dan korban menginap. Dia juga telah menyiapkan batu bata dan pisau.
Ketika Rinaldi sedang berhubungan seks dengan Laeli, Djumadil keluar dari kamar mandi dan menganiaya korban hingga tewas. “Setelah memutilasi korban menjadi 11 bagian, tubuh korban dimasukan ke dalam kantung kresek. Kemudian, korban dimasukan ke dalam dua buah koper dan satu tas ransel,” jelasNana.
“Mereka berdua memang sudah berencana membunuh korban,” sambung Nana
Setelah memutilasi korbannya pelaku Djumadil dan Laeli menguras uang di ATM milik korban. Laeli mendapatkan PIN ATM setelah mearyu Rinaldi. Total uang sebanyak Rp97 juta mereka ambil.
Uang itu digunakan untuk membeli emas, motor dan mengontrak rumah di Daerah Cimanggis Depok Jawa Barat, untuk mengubur korbannya. “Ada 11 emas antam kurang lebih totalnya 11,5 gram, dua laptop, jam tangan perhiasan dan motor NMax,” kata Nana.
Atas perbuatannya dikenakan pasal 340 KUHP / 338 KUHP dan 365 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman pidana mati atau seumur hidup.
Sebelumnya diberitakan, polisi menemukan sosok mayat laki-laki diduga menjadi korban mutilasi di Apartemen Kalibata City, Jakarta Selatan, Rabu sore, 16 September 2020.
Rinaldi merupakan seorang manajer HRD di PT Jaya Obayashi. Pengungkapan identitas Rinaldi berawal dari laporan orang hilang ke polisi. Rinaldi dilaporkan menghilang sejak 9 September 2020 dan keluarga melaporkan ke polisi 12 September 2020. (eddy)
