JAKARTA, AKSIKATA.COM – Artis Galuh Ginanjar telah diperiksa oleh penyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Metro Jaya terkait pengaduan mantan istrinya Fairuz A. Rafiq. Fairuz melaporkan Galih lantaran menyebut perihal ‘bau ikan asin’, dalam konten Youtube milik Rey Utami dan Pablo Benua.
Laporan Fairuz itu tertuang dalam laporan bernomor LP/3914/VII/2019/PMJ/Dit.Reskrimus. Terlapor, dalam hal ini Galih Ginanjar, Rey Utami, dan Pablo Benua, dilaporkan atas tuduhan Pasal 27 ayat (1) juncto Pasal 45 ayat (1) atau Pasal 27 ayat (3) juncto Pasal 45 ayat (1) UU RI Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang ITE.
Atas laporan itu, Galih menjalani pemeriksaan yang berlangsung cukup lama, yakni sekitar 13 jam. Dalam pemeriksaan tersebut terungkap motif Galih menyebut perihal ‘bau ikan asin’. Menurut Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Argo Yuwono kepada wartawan di Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta, Senin (8/7/2019), motifnya adalah untuk mempermalukan Fairuz.
“Berdasarkan keterangan Galih berkaitan dengan apa yang dia sampaikan, memang intinya yang bersangkutan mengakui dia mengatakan (Ikan Asin) ingin mempermalukan mantan istrinya (Fairuz A. Rafiq),” terang Argo.
Kasus ini masih terus berlanjut dengan pemeriksaan saksi-saksi, polisi berencana memeriksa dua saksi terlapor, Rey Utami dan Pablo Benua sebagai pemilik akun, serta sejumlah saksi terkait lainnya. Namun untuk kasus ini, polisi belum menetapkan status tersangka.
“Status Galih masih saksi ya. Nanti kami akan memeriksa kembali siapakah yang wawancara, merekam, meng-upload video,” jelas Argo.
