Satu Kontainer Ratusan Ball Rokok Arrow Disita Polisi, Diduga Menggunakan Pita Cukai Palsu

NUNUKAN, AKSIKATA.COM – Ditpolair Korpolairud Baharkam Polri menyita satu kontainer atau peti kemas berisikan ratusan ball rokok dengan pita cukai palsu di Pelabuhan Tunon Taka Nunukan, Rabu (24/01/2024) sekira pukul 16.20 Wita.

Ratusan ball berwarna coklat tersebut diduga berisi rokok dengan merek Arrow. Rokok tersebut menggunakan pita cukai 12 batang dan merupakan cukai dari rokok kretek.

Sementara saat dibuka rokok tersebut merupakan rokok filter dengan isi 20 batang.

Komandan KP Pelikan-5008, Dirpolair Korpolairud Baharkam Polri, Kompol Rieska Ardi Wibowo mengatakan, tim dari subdit Intelair dan Subdit Gakkum Baharkam Polri berhasil mengungkap adanya upaya penyelundupan rokok merek Arrow yang diselundupkan melalui kontainer di pelabuhan Tunon Taka Nunukan.

“Dari hasil pemeriksaan sementara, didapati kontainer ini berisikan rokok merk Arrow sebanyak 268 ball yang berisi 214.400 bungkus rokok dengan pita cukai palsu atau tidak sesuai peruntukannya,” kata Rieska Ardi Wibowo, Rabu (24/01/2024).

Rieska mengatakan, penyeludupan rokok Arrow tanpa cukai ini telah melanggar pasal 55 huruf a dan b UU Nomor 39 Tahun 2007 tentang cukai.

“Kita masih melakukan pemeriksaan lebih lanjutan kita akan koordinasi ini pihak Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai (KPPBC) Tipe Madya Pabean C Nunukan,” pungkasnya.
