JAKARTA, AKSIKATA.COM – Berkas perkara pemerasan dengan tersangka mantan Ketua KPK Firli Bahuri kembali dilimpahkan Polda Metro Jaya ke Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) DKI Jakarta, Rabu (24/1/2024) hari ini.
Direskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Ade Safri Simanjuntak, Rabu (24/1/2024) menyebutkan, berkas yang dikembalikan itu, telah dilengkapi dengan pemenuhan petunjuk P19 dari Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) pada Kantor Kejati DKI Jakarta.
“Pada hari Rabu, tanggal 24 Januari 2024 pukul 13.50 WIB atau siang ini, penyidik Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya telah mengirimkan kembali berkas perkara a quo yang telah dilengkapi dengan pemenuhan petunjuk P19 dari JPU pada Kantor Kejati DKI Jakarta,” ujarnya.
Sebelumnya, Kejati DKI Jakarta mengembalikan berkas perkara dengan tersangka eks Ketua Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Firli Bahuri terkait kasus dugaan pemerasan terhadap eks Menteri Pertanian Syahrul Yasin Limpo.
“Setelah dilakukan penelitian terhadap kelengkapan formil dan materiil didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa hasil penyidikan belum lengkap,” kata Pelaksana Harian Kepala Seksi Penerangan Hukum Kejati DKI Jakarta, Herlangga Wisnu Murdianto dalam keterangan tertulis di Jakarta, Jumat (22/12/2023)
Sementara itu, Firli Bahuri kembali mengajukan gugatan praperadilan atas penetapan sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan pemerasan terhadap Syahrul Yasin Limpo (SYL) ke Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan pada Senin (22/1/2024) lalu.
