JAKARTA, AKSIKATA.COM – Badan Reserse Kriminal Kepolisian Republik Indonesia (Bareskrim Polri) memastikan kondisi tersangka ilegal akses Adam Deni dalam keadaan sehat.
“Untuk kondisinya (Adam Deni) bagus,” kata Kepala Biro Penerangan Masyarakat Divisi Humas Polri Brigadir Jenderal (Brigjen) Ahmad Ramadhan kepada wartawan, Rabu (23/2/2022).
Ramadhan mengatakan itu merespons pernyataan Adam Deni melalui sebuah video yang disebar tim kuasa hukum pegiat media sosial tersebut.
Ramadhan memastikan kondisi kesehatan Adam Deni, maupun seluruh tahanan yang ada di Bareskrim selalu dijaga.
“Kondisi kesehatan AD selalu dilakukan pengecekan rutin oleh dokter,” kata jenderal bintang satu ini.
Menurut dia, saat ini Adam Deni merupakan tahanan Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) yang dititipkan di Rutan Bareskrim Polri.
Hal itu menyusul pelimpahan berkas perkara Adam Deni kepada Korps Adhyaksa.
“Kasus AD prosesnya sudah tahap dua dan statusnya tahanan kejaksaan yang dititipkan di Rutan Bareskrim Polri,” ujarnya.
Bareskrim Polri merespons pernyataan Adam Deni bahwa dia sakit dan depresi di tahanan. Kondisi Adam Deni dipastikan sehat.
Seperti diketahui, Adam Deni mengungkapkan kondisinya saat ini melalui video yang dikirim kuasa hukumnya.
Adam mengaku depresi berat dan sakit-sakitan di dalam tahanan.
“Saya terkena banyak penyakit juga selama di dalam (tahanan). Saya difitnah di luar pun itu saya juga kaget, saya enggak memegang HP, (karena) HP semua disita, dan saya enggak memegang apa-apa lagi,” ujar Adam.(jpnn)
