Namun, Ariza tidak menjelaskan detil uang apa yang didapatnya, apakah dari denda koefisien lantai bangunan (KLB) atau hanya sekadar kerjasama.
“Tugu sepeda ini dapat anggaran dari kewajiban pihak swasta, pihak ketiga,” ujarnya.
Selain membangun tugu sepeda, anggaran kewajiban pihak swasta digunakan untuk membangun jalur sepeda permanen.
Pembangunan jalur sepeda merupakan bentuk keberpihakannya kepada masyarakat. Apalagi, Pemprov DKI Jakarta mendukung masyarakat menggunakan sepeda sebagai alternatif transportasi jarak pendek.
