Direktur Promosi Wisata Minat Khusus Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf Adella Raung dalam pernyataannya di Jakarta, Jum at (13/11) menjelaskan, tingginya minat pelaku bisnis pariwisata dunia, khususnya dari kawasan Asia Tenggara, terhadap produk pariwisata Indonesia harus dijadikan momentum promosi dan branding Wonderful Indonesia.
“Kemenparekraf berupaya untuk mengaktifkan kembali wisata petualangan di Indonesia, dan juga menggerakkan kembali ekonomi pariwisata kita. Tingginya wisatawan dari wisata minat khusus ini bisa jadi momentum untuk rebound usai pandemi. Terlebih dengan pola perjalanan saat ini, wisatawan lebih memilih ke tempat wisata dengan konsep terbuka atau fresh air serta menghindari kerumunan,” ujarnya.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Kemenparekraf juga menyosialisasikan panduan protokol kesehatan CHSE (Clean, Health, Safety, Environment Sustainability) pada wisata minat khusus.
Adella menjelaskan dengan penerapan simulasi protokol CHSE, diharapkan dapat memberikan rasa aman kepada wisatawan untuk beraktivitas wisata minat khusus.
“Sehingga wisatawan bisa tetap menikmati sensasi berwisata dengan rasa aman dan nyaman,” katanya.
Adella menambahkan, acara ini diinisiasi oleh PATA Indonesia Chapter sebagai rangkaian kegiatan menuju penyelenggaraan PATA Adventure Travel Conference & Mart (ATCM) 2022. Sebagai platform untuk menjalin relasi dan kontrak bisnis bagi penjual (seller) dan pembeli (buyer) wisata minat khusus (petualangan/adventure).
