Moeldoko menilai Jokowi ingin agar jajarannya memiliki semangat bersama dalam mengatasi Covid-19. Jokowi khawatir para menterinya masih merasa saat ini adalah situasi normal.

“Presiden pandang perlu, adanya semangat bersama atasi Covid. Presiden khawatir para pembantu ada yang merasa saat ini situasi normal. Untuk itu diingatkan, ini peringatan kesekian kali,” ucap dia.

Tak hanya itu, Moeldoko mengatakan peringatan Jokowi yang dilontarkan tersebut lantaran Indonesia saat ini menghadapi krisis yang harus ditangani secara luar biasa.

“Penanganan yang tidak cukup biasa-biasa, linear, tapi seorang pemimpin dari lembaga harus ambil langkah efektif, efisien, dan tepat sasaran,” katanya.

Mantan Panglima TNI itu mengatakan dalam setiap rapat, Jokowi kerap menyampaikan bahwa masih ada beberapa di lapangan yang tidak sesuai dengan harapan.  Karenanya, penekanan keras yang dikatakan Jokowi pada sidang kabinet 18 Juni lalu agar jajarannya serius dalam menangani Covid-19.

“Makanya penekanan saat ini lebih keras. Agar persoalan Covid pendekatan kesehatan sebagai prioritas dan pendekatan sosial ekonomi keuangan betul-betul bisa terakselerasi dengan baik dan cepat. Kenyataannya ada sektor yang masih lemah,” katanya.

Sebelumnya, Presiden Jokowi memperingatkan para menteri Kabinet Indonesia Maju yang masih bekerja biasa-biasa saja saat pandemi Covid-19, untuk mengubah cara kerjanya.

“Perasaan ini harus sama. Kita harus mengerti ini. Jangan biasa-biasa saja, jangan linear, jangan menganggap ini normal. Bahaya sekali kita, saya lihat masih banyak kita yang menganggap ini normal,” kata Presiden Jokowi dengan nada tinggi, saat menyampaikan arahan dalam sidang kabinet paripurna, di Istana Negara pada 18 Juni 2020.

Video arahan Presiden Jokowi tersebut baru dikeluarkan oleh Biro Pers, Media dan Informasi Sekretariat Presiden pada “channel” Youtube Sekretariat Presiden pada Minggu.

Dalam arahan tersebut, Presiden Jokowi bahkan membuka opsi “reshuffle” menteri atau pembubaran lembaga yang masih bekerja biasa-biasa saja.

“Bisa saja, membubarkan lembaga, bisa saja ‘reshuffle’. Sudah kepikiran ke mana-mana saya, entah buat perppu (peraturan pemerintah pengganti undang-undang) yang lebih penting lagi. Kalau memang diperlukan. Karena memang suasana ini harus ada, kalau bapak ibu tidak merasakan itu sudah,” kata Presiden Jokowi sambil mengangkat kedua tangannya.
